Gameplay Video Streaming Guidelines Aniplex Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") states that for the game software "HUNDRED LINE -最終防衛学園-" for Nintendo Switch™ / Steam® (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"), published by the Company, customers who have purchased the Software and comply with the guidelines specified below (hereinafter referred to as "these Guidelines") are permitted to post gameplay videos of the Software (hereinafter simply referred to as "Gameplay Videos," including videos composed of still images, live streams, etc.). The Company will not file claims for deletion or suspension of streaming based on the Company's copyright of the Software against such posted Gameplay Videos. Please enjoy posting Gameplay Videos while adhering to these Guidelines. Please note that these Guidelines apply only when customers who are using the Software through legitimate means post Gameplay Videos for non-profit purposes. Separate guidelines may be established for other game titles published by the Company, so please be aware of this.

●Sites where Gameplay Videos can be posted

• •Non-profit blogs, websites, and various social media
• •Various video hosting sites
• •Even on sites that fall under the above categories, if the Company deems a site inappropriate for posting Gameplay Videos, the Company may file a claim for deletion or suspension of streaming.

●Scope permissible for posting in Gameplay Videos

Streaming is possible for all parts of the Software. However, when streaming content that includes spoilers, please indicate "Spoiler Alert" or similar to avoid spoiling the enjoyment for other customers.

• •Spoilers in video thumbnails or video titles that other customers cannot avoid are prohibited.

●Monetization of Gameplay Videos

Monetization through Gameplay Videos is permitted only when using partner programs officially provided by various video hosting sites (such as YouTube, Twitch).

• •However, posting Gameplay Videos on sites and services that require payment for viewing (including, but not limited to, selling Gameplay Videos for a fee or inducing subscriptions to subscription services) is prohibited.

●Rights Notation

When posting Gameplay Videos, please clearly state the following copyright notice within the video or in the video description: ⒸAniplex, TooKyo Games

• •If the symbol "Ⓒ" cannot be used due to the specifications of the site where the Gameplay Video is posted, "(C)" can be used as an alternative.

●Prohibited Items

Posting Gameplay Videos that fall under the following categories is strictly prohibited:

• •Posting Gameplay Videos before the official release date or making other unauthorized information disclosures.
• •Those that do not include new elements such as customer commentary or comments.
• •Those that divide and individually post parts of the Software's elements (including, but not limited to, video, music, audio, designs, etc.).
• •Those edited into videos unrelated to the Software and posted.
• •Those that promote obscene, violent, or other content contrary to public order and morals.
• •Those that include content that unjustly damages the honor or credibility of the Company or the Software.
• •Those that violate laws or infringe upon the rights of third parties.
• •Those that explain or promote cheating, using MODs, or means of unauthorized access.
• •Those that include or lead to defamation of specific players or third parties.
• •Those posted for the purpose of advertising or promoting other products or services.
• •Those posted for the purpose of religious activities, political activities, or anti-social activities.
• •Those that falsely imply or intentionally lead others to believe that they have received sponsorship or official endorsement from the Company or its related parties.
• •Content that violates these Guidelines.
• •Other content deemed inappropriate by the Company.
• •For Gameplay Videos that fall under the above prohibited items, the Company may file a claim for deletion or suspension of streaming. Please note that the Company will not respond to inquiries regarding the judgment criteria.

●Other Notes

• •The Company does not provide any guarantee to customers regarding the posting of Gameplay Videos, including that the Software and Gameplay Videos do not infringe on the rights of third parties, or that customers can earn revenue from posting Gameplay Videos. Furthermore, the Company will not compensate for any damages incurred by customers as a result of posting Gameplay Videos, and the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for disputes arising between customers and third parties as a result of posting Gameplay Videos.
• •If intellectual property rights owned by a third party are used in your Gameplay Video, you need to obtain permission from the respective rights holders. Please note that the Company will not respond to inquiries regarding the location of rights.
• •The Company may update the content of these Guidelines at any time at its discretion. Please check the latest version of these Guidelines each time you post a Gameplay Video. If a video posted before the update of these Guidelines does not meet the terms of use specified in the updated Guidelines, the Company may file a claim for deletion or suspension of streaming of the relevant Gameplay Video.
